I talked yesterday to Phil. He and his team were very willing to work with me and offer me a good bonus.
After some negotiations, they gave me 50% cash with a 20x RO.
I hope this time I grow the balance and make a withdrawal after. Never withdrew before.
I report back once this happens.

I noticed some complaints for slow payouts. Apart from this it must be a solid bookie without any complaints unresolved. Am I wrong/right?

It is a reload bonus. It shall be the 3rd time I deposit - 2-3 years passed since my 1st deposit.

50 percent cash with a 20x roll is a pretty poor bonus. You were very lucky to get through it in my opinion

A lot of complaints on very slow payments, like more than a week, which doesn’t bode well especially during football season

Also reports of players being told one thing about their withdrawal status and another thing happening

I wouldn’t play there with JJ’s money. Good luck getting your withdrawal

Nevertheless, I considered it a plus EV investment aka super low risk on sth going on the very wrong direction.
At least we have a fresh review for the community in a/few months.

I’ve noted as recently as three years ago I played there quite regularly and almost always got paid within 24 hours.

Those days are long, long gone at Jazz. Something is definitely going on there and it’s not good

My decision n action has been taken now.
I believe in it with all my means and see what the story-end is.
Hopefully, a good end where in case I don't like the treatment I receive I can at least quit.

I’d agree - 50% for 20x is fairly steep.

BetNow 20% cash 7x roll
BetAnySports 25% 6x roll 30 days and withdraw winnings at any time

Might reach out to Willy at BetWWS and see what he can do on 50% cash - likely should be near what you negotiated with Jazz - but when it comes time to be paid - you won’t get run around and 2k a week payouts.

Cash is getting harder to find - but plenty of shops still offering it.

Yes, I reached out on the live chat.
It is $500 or $1000 in major events. Otherwise it is $100-$250.
