Betr Sportsbook, the sports betting platform, has a more limited presence. As of June 18, 2025, it is only legal and live in Ohio and Virginia.

The Fantasy part is legal almost everywhere but sportsbook is only in 2 states.

Dont think he could continue to have any participation in any sport and have ownership in a gambling platform.... in the USA that is. Outer Space ( offshore) has no regulation so he can fix whatever event he would choose to. Would depend on how hard of a hit his book would take on a particular event he is involved in.
