I warned people to stay away from 1xbet because of my bad experience with them. I hope my experience should serve as a lesson to anyone that comes across this thread.
1. i made a deposit of of N10000 on 01-02 2022
2. There was a delay in crediting my gaming account I got the money on my betting account on 03-01-2022 and I used them for bet.
3. On 10-02-2022 I noticed deduction of N10,000 in my gaming account and the customer care asked me to contact security team for support.
4. The security team locked my bet account immediately and asked me to provide international passport and my bank account statement for the N10,000 deposit made on 01-02-2022 which I provided.
5. Again they asked me to provide official documents from my bank stating the charge back claim for the obvious deposit has been resolved.
6. Unfortunately, my bank informed me that they don't provide any official documents for the case related to this but only the bank statement of account and it should be sufficient for this case.
7. The security team locked my gaming account and informed me any further action is impossible untill I provided the requested document.
8. I went to my bank for the 2nd & 3rd time and my bank couldn't provide me with such document.
9. I have a balance of N92,576 in my gaming account but I couldn't withdraw. They only blocked my account after I started winning. When I was loosing my money they didn't blocked me.
This is really not fair to me because I haven't violet any of thier rules in this transaction. I
