Could someone help me find this out ?
I have uploaded €1000,- euro's on Tipico and made €1350,- with Roulette, it was pretty late so i went to sleep and the next day my account was disabled. This happened on 16-01-2014, i have logged into my mail and i went on my mail and had nothing from Tipico, i had to make the first contact ( WEIRD ). I messaged them asking why my account was disabled, i got this back:
" Hello **** *******,
Thank you for contacting Tipico.
We would like to inform you that, every customer is obliged to submit correct information during the registration (t&c IV. 2). This has not happened with regards to your betting account, thus we would like to kindly ask you to submit the following documents
- A digital photo of your ID (front and back) (passport, ID or European driving license) showing your name, date of birth and address matching the details in your betting account.
- A digital photo of a recent (last 3 months) posted paper utility bill. Please note that this must be an official invoice/bill (electricity/water/telephone/bank statement etc).
As soon as we have received your documents, we can forward your case to our security department, which will consider if any other docs are required or if a decision must be made in line with our t&c. If everything is in good standing, we will update your account data.

I have e-mailed them all the information they have asked for back, clear images of my documents ect. but i have no answer yet and it has been 5 days. Whatsup with Tipico ??
