Is 5Dimes aping Pinnacle ?

I have noticed recently that some - not all - of 5dimes' odds lines are identical to Pinnacle's - down to the 3rd decimal place.Has anyone else noticed this ?

I bet on college basketball and 5Dimes odds are by far superior than Pinnacle
