Sources: TCU's Hoover picks IU after campus visit

For the third time in three seasons, Indiana has added to its quarterback room via the transfer portal, as TCU's Josh Hoover committed to the Hoosiers, sources told ESPN's Pete Thamel on Sunday. He will enroll at the Big Ten school this month.

Josh Hoover is an elite decision maker at the collegiate level one of the best in the 2026.
His strong arm talent and good velocity, bodes well for his new team. I watched a handful of his games and a lot of his video highlights. Underrated gem with real NFL upside IMO.
