By that logic given another decade Justin Verlander will be in the elite and Charlie Morton may make the 300 win club.

The thing is relatively few get to okay so long - and the drop off is dramatic once it begins.

He’s 31 - there aren’t a hell of alot of WR’s past 30 in the NFL and find a productive one over 35. It just doesn’t happen as this game takes a toll on the body.

Great guy - good player but a few more years ? He’s playing for 2 years max I would say. Go out on top and enjoy knowing you were among the best. No one wants to see another aging Jerry Rice in a Raiders uniform.
