They are trying to hang in there lol. No forum is perfect we have our issues over here which hopefully will be rectified at some point.

Yeah pal, health is better every year. Crazy how a mosquito can put a healthy guy comatose and basically a quadriplegic. But a couple years post, I was able to donate the power wheelchair to the hospital. Crazy to think that was 6 years ago. But im walking with no balance issues which is a miracle in itself. Not running marathons and probably never will. Ha! If I do end up on the ground, I still need to get to a chair as not able to do a lunge from the ground… YET.
Moral of the story, completely blessed.

Your better half (wife) was an amazing presence for you when things got scary for your family. She's like the epidemy of how a wife should act regarding through sickness and health in a marriage. Let her know a member from these boards recognizes her efforts during that time for you. I was going through a divorce during that timeframe and had the exact opposite type of woman in my life, who loved me "conditionally". Like you said, you are truly blessed my friend.
