How to get new BTC address in Coinbase?

I tried to do a payout in Heritage back it was rejected because the wallet ID I provided comes up in Blockchain as used. This is a Coinbase address but I can't figure out to get a new address. Every time I click on BTC address the same address appears. Does anyone know how to refresh it where it will generate a new address in Coinbase?

Unfortunately I don't. What I would do is contact their customer support and see if they can explain how to generate a new address

From coin base faq page

To generate a new address choose an asset and click Create new address.
Any address you create here will remain associated with your Coinbase account forever. You can generate as many addresses as you like.

I’ve had that happen at Heritage before. No other book ever tho. Not sure why they do this

Bovada also does it but bovada has other crypto and alternative methods (selling in community forum) that I don’t worry about it.

It was a little confusing to navigate but I got it. You go to “manage your profile” in the account drop down (upper right). In there you select bitcoin (or whatever crypto you want) in the dropdown. Then click on “create new address”.
