I know our friend Vittered has replied in the past that he just "Works through it".
Another poster indicated to me they are not making any plays and will sit out for a while to avoid the losses. A wait it out for a new sport approach.
Since July 1st, I have been great fade material in MLB. After going down 14 units in the first few days of the month, the losses have slowed but I'm still down another 6 units since that time probably because I've reduced the number of plays and have tried to be more selective (w/out much luck).
So, how do you handle a bad run or being on tilt?
