i started using a bet tracker app which helps a lot. it keeps me accountable and i feel like each bet matters. before i would fall victim to not understanding true value cause i couldn't hold the money in my hand.

that said, i lost 132 last week. i did not do good with the oilers and nba finals overall. if i did not hit the under yesterday, i'd be down 252.
