What’s the price you are seeing ?
Google tells me 14-1 - same as Buffalo, Philly and Cincinnati.
Agree Cincy/Cleveland and Baltimore better - but they will also beat each other up playing each other 2x at least regular season - vs Houston who has a “weak” division. Still - regular season records mean jack in post season - especially past wild card round as seeding is less important than talent.
Ask 100 gamblers which team they would take to win a hundred grand on if they won the Super Bowl - Eagles, Bills, Texans, Bengals (he’ll throw Detroit at 12-1 and Green Bay at 18-1 in that group too) - in theory you should have 25% each pick 1 of 4…but somehow I suspect it would be Bills/Wagles taking more than 70% of the bettors - with Cincy being 3rd pick and Houston a distant 4th.
Does not mean they can’t - only at current price - I’d let the squares push odds a bit higher. 20-1 sounds right to me - but what do I know
