Never heard of this one, however I deposited 4K here and made previous deposits and withdrawals. They gave me a 50% FP bonus on a 4K deposit, upon withdrawal they claimed that I took a bonus when my account was positive so claimed bonus abuse. They want to pay me 1K of my balance via check. I can't see my previous deposits/withdrawals either way in their portal but either way they gave me the bonus so should pay me out in full. This is a total new one for me. Any recs on what to do next?

Were you up at Betcroc? I think it was the BetPhoenix group that did something similar to a player, stiffed them saying they had a positive position on a sister book.

Still, that is BS. If they accept the deposit, give the bonus and force a rollover, you should be paid. That is on them. Deciding later on is a pure freeroll.

I had a convo with someone today and they told me that they will re-convene internally. I will report back how it goes, they are claiming there a multiple accounts with similar action - I am not sure what they are talking about.
