Powell County, the team in red, was down in 2Q 46-23 when the issues started.
They ended up walking off after a couple of calls by the ref against them.

The first was when their bench players left the bench to confront an opposing player after a couple players knees knocked.

The second call was a Technical against them after a FT.

I don’t know.., it’s not always the team that forfeited who is being unsportsmanlike

I have seen some high school games in which I actually think a coach should take his team off the field or court and forfeited

There’s a school in Ft Meade Florida (Ft Meade Miners) where Andrew McCutchen lived and played

It doesn’t matter if it’s Football, Basketball, or Softball, they always have hostile & belligerent coaches attacking the officials verbally and sometimes approaching them closely while critiquing their calls.
What makes it even worse is their home crowd/fans support it and join in.
I’ve seen times it was so bad against other teams it was becoming a dangerous environment and those coaches should have forfeited and gotten their kids out of there

I heard when Andrew mchutchen was a freshman he showed up at freshman tryouts. The varsity coach has to come find him
