What right dies the School leadership have to dictate or punish for off field or off campus behavior that doesn't harm or injure a person, place or thing?
Got that right, fukking zombies coming out of schools these daysSee the same thing in the adult work place. Funny thing is it is the education system building good little slaves.
That’s what they did, but after they suspended the players involved they didn’t have enough to field a team so they just canceled the season.Punish the players involved and not the whole team. It's not fair to the ones that had nothing to do with the incident
The "punishment" should be administered by the coach and consist of helping a local farmer for a hard work day and getting 10 minutes for lunch that consists of water, bread, and beans. That’s what they did, but after they suspended the players involved they didn’t have enough to field a team so they just canceled the season.
Maybe they should have bought some more black players?
I'm still not seeing a crimeits bizarre to me that this wouldnt be a 1st amendment violation. assuming this is not a private school, then this is a government institution restricting speech that doesnt interfere with the school's operation.

The Supreme Court is only Supreme in its sin. The only "rights" you have are the ones you are willing too stand for.![]()
Do children and teenagers have constitutional rights?
If you're a child in the United States, you can't legally vote, drive, hold public office or even see some movies without an adult with you. But that doesn't mean you don't have constitutional rights.people.howstuffworks.com
The Constitutional Rights of the Student
Although children and teens enjoy the same rights as their elders, the Supreme Court has repeatedly limited student rights to free speech and expression in school. The Court has also upheld censorship of school newspapers and suspensions of students for inappropriate language and behavior. Schools have even been allowed to search students' private property without probable cause [source: FindLaw]. In that particular case, New Jersey v. T.L.O., the Court found that a school's responsibility to educate and protect children trumps student privacy, and allows school authorities more leeway than the police would have outside school [source: Dorf]. The court ruled on that case in 1985, but student rights have been further restricted since then.
yea its also bizarre to me that they ruled that the fcc can censor tv and radio for stuff that is not defined as obscene. just pure corruption. i do wonder if woman can go topless in public and on tv if they say they identify as a man now though.![]()

Women should be able to be topless at all times that is just another example of social conditioning.yea its also bizarre to me that they ruled that the fcc can censor tv and radio for stuff that is not defined as obscene. just pure corruption. i do wonder if woman can go topless in public and on tv if they say they identify as a man now though.
I would say parents should sue the superintendent for infringing the rights of the 1st amendment. Being a video it constitutes as a freedom of speech and if they done it beyond the scope of the schools, it is their right to do. While you might not agree with the content of the video, it is still protected under free speech. Much like we in society disagree with prostitution, but put a camera in front, then it is legal, because it is free speech. What right dies the School leadership have to dictate or punish for off field or off campus behavior that doesn't harm or injure a person, place or thing?
BBC airs top less British chicks all the time, not even an issue in Europe!Women should be able to be topless at all times that is just another example of social conditioning.
Read my previous post. Cases like this have been ruled by the Supreme Court to be allowed.I would say parents should sue the superintendent for infringing the rights of the 1st amendment. But these cases are limiting in school. If they are operating out of school, then that would be illegal. Like school can ban Hijab in school, but they can’t put enforcement of its use out of school for their students.Read my previous post.
