I've received a 100% bonus, a 50% bonus and a 25% bonus from Heritage all in the last month.
I received another 100% bonus offer email yesterday and made a deposit this morning. When I called to have it credited, they said my account isn't eligible. Of course, I made all the typical arguments about how I just received the exact same bonus and that they can't make offers and then deny them. But they wouldn't budge.
I got transferred to a manager and I asked him if he thought it was ok to send email offers to people and not honor them. He said, "Correct, that's ok."
I've been gambling with Heritage for many years. I went back through my notes and found that since Jan 2020 I've withdrawn 15k from them and deposited well over 20k. I can't believe they would want to lose me as a customer.
