Very surprised to have this happen from such a reputable book.
I've received a 100% bonus, a 50% bonus and a 25% bonus from Heritage all in the last month.
I received another 100% bonus offer email yesterday and made a deposit this morning. When I called to have it credited, they said my account isn't eligible. Of course, I made all the typical arguments about how I just received the exact same bonus and that they can't make offers and then deny them. But they wouldn't budge.
I got transferred to a manager and I asked him if he thought it was ok to send email offers to people and not honor them. He said, "Correct, that's ok."
I've been gambling with Heritage for many years. I went back through my notes and found that since Jan 2020 I've withdrawn 15k from them and deposited well over 20k. I can't believe they would want to lose me as a customer.

I'm sorry that it happened to you but Heritage didn't do anything wrong. The email was sent but did you read the fine print?

Sometimes it helps calling a sales agent prior. They have ability to bypass the system, because it is in their interest to get you to deposit. I had the “I don’t qualify, but you want my deposit or not?”

It takes more time and is annoying but always confirm eligibility for any email offer at almost any book, except for those with cashiers that show bonuses and are always honored (if they're in the cashier). i.e. BM.

I expect this kind of behavior from B rated books like Jazz, betus, etc.
But not from an A+ book like Heritage. I think it's a pretty reasonable expectation that they would honor this offer. Especially after they've given me multiple similar bonuses and honored all other offers ever emailed to me. This is the one time I didn't call and confirm and it's the one time they didn't honor it.
I think it's a dirty move.

Any BONUS always has rules and disclaimer. I'm surprised that "gambling with Heritage for many years" you assumed the bonus applied to you just because of an email. Please read through them next time especially when depositing for a bonus. I'm sorry to hate on you, but Heritage is still an A+ book whether you continue to be their customer or not.

Yes that's correct. I've been taking these bonuses for years. I've always checked with them by phone to make sure they weren't going to screw me. Every single time I was eligible. The one time I didn't call and confirm they decided I wasn't eligible.

Totally agree. Life is great and I couldn't be happier doing what I'm doing.
Just wanted everyone to know what Heritage did. It's just not a move I expected from them. They have always been top notch with.
I hate it when shops send promo emails to accounts they don't intend to honor them for. Feels like fishing to me.

I remember some sketch stuff with them. I had my 8th bonus coming up but I actually accidently deposited my 8th deposit. So the rep said, oh if I lose my balance they will just put the sum of the 9th deposit together and credit me the 8th deposit on the house. When the time came, I checked in and Eddie refuse to bundle the 9th deposit together and said the 9th deposit will be adjust as the 1st deposit and if I lose 7 more deposit and can get that.

Was a less than stellar experience, but meh, whatever.

I received an email from Heritage this morning that they are crediting the 100% bonus. Cheers to them for reaching out to me personally and doing the right thing.
BMR staff, if you could put a “resolved” note next to the title of this thread that would be great.
