Heritage not honouring Scratch off Rollover

Hi,
I got the Heritage scratch off like some people did here; I got a 100% deposit bonus with a 5x rollover. I am currently going back and forth with Heritage customer service and they say it's a 10x rollover. Is anyone else having these issues with Heritage??

Heritage has told me it's a 10X rollover. A rare thumbs down for Heritage imo.

I too got a 100% deposit bonus but I wasn't able to take advantage of it because my account is up overall. Now I wish I had the Heritage hat.

Yeah it says 5x rollover, but the customer service says 10x. I have other options than Heritage.

I just got an E-mail from Heritage saying " After speaking with Management they will honor the 5X rollover"

Heritage came through!!!!

Shouldn’t have come to this but glad it worked out. Doubt they’d have honored it without the BMR post

It says 5x on bonus

what it didn’t say was 5x on deposit too

I believe that was the intent
