Told this story before - when I was young & dumb and got my one and only DUI (yes, I was stupid, I’m smarter now) - I thought I’d outsmart the ‘system’ and elected to go with the blood test back at the station instead of the breathalyzer or urine - my BAC was 0.27, and I don’t remember half the night.

Even THAT, I think, wouldn’t be enough alcohol…..

Yeah, that would probably be enough BAC.

I mentioned 0.40 BAC because that's about the limit before you are dead from alcohol poisoning.
