I have made 4 withdrawal requests, the first one being made on the 11th October.
The following payments are:
4,300.00 GBP 2015-10-14
5,000.00 GBP 2015-10-14
4,000.00 GBP 2015-10-13
5,000.00 GBP 2015-10-11
I understand that some are quite new, but here in the UK when a withdrawal is initiated this is usually paid out within 3-5 days
.I have sent my ID off and they confirmed I am now verified so there is no reason why they can't pay out. Yet each time I contact their customer support (which must be part of a group of other websites) keep giving replies like this:
"Thank you for your email.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused however we are still waiting for your withdrawals to be processed on our end.
We currently do not have any further information regarding the delays of your withdrawals however we have also sent an update request for you regarding this.
We assure you that this would be handled accordingly and we would revert back to you once we have received any updates.
Thank you for your time and understanding on this matter."
I appreciate that If you could offer any help it would be much appreciated.
