Hello, has anyone experienced blocking of bookmaker.eu?

I used it for a month, everything was fine, I made the first withdrawal and my account was blocked. asked for selfies and documents. I sent everything on the same day. As a result, they have been silent for 2 weeks

I believe I’ve seen folks post about this pattern. It almost always works out in the end, but some pretty long and unnecessary delays if I remember

I was temporarily blocked when I hit their 24 hour withdrawal limit (I think 30k or so?) but got it resolved through the chat box, from start to finish it took about a day but no real problems. The chat box is far more responsive than the email, so you can always try that if needed.
