phils gutted that out, didn't quit.....

baker blew it letting the phils see jv for the third time..... analytics on that make it clear Neris should've either started that inning or been immediately brought in after that lead off double..... Abrue at that time probably keeps it 5-3..... which raises another point.... it should have been six..... as the no-hitting altuve can bunt, and should have laid one down to bring in that sixth run during the earlier rally..... no way, the way the phils were set up, that they turn two on the bunt....... another error on dusty's part.....

congrats, vitty -- as I told mpas when it was 5-0, I feel we're a long way from over -- and the phils showed why they ran the table in the nl.......

tough loss to come back from....... if the phils get to framber, this series isn't coming back to houston for any six/seven......

ps... the "soft-ons" for dusty is based on the old hustler rating scale for pornos, wherein' they judged the movies on a scale of 1-4, maybe five, hard-ons........

dusty had me soft as shit tonight with a few key moves, or failure to make moves, to be more exact, that made a big difference......

Phillies coach making all the right calls and this team's chemistry is fun to watch. If Phils had this coach in 1993 instead of Fergosi maybe they win that year but that Toronto team was stacked. Should be a long series Donk. That Astros team is too good. Philly is thankful you have Dusty

Philly finally has a good coach in the city. Even the eagles coach is kinda dopey. Doc Rivers is absolutely the worst coach there is and I don’t know anything about the hockey coach but this Rob Thomson is my hero. The guy is a magician

dusty is a liability, went with both jv and abreu too long, tho neris bailed him out on not yankin' abreu after that first walk, when he was already around 25 or so pitches....

and despite luis garcia's heroics in the 18 inning seattle game, you gotta bring stanek there instead.....

a good mgr like thomson goes relatively unnoticed, as it should be -- poor managers get noticed, for their screwups......
