Kinda doubt MLB will be promoting that umpire anytime soon (or ever).
If he can't control his temper in the face of players getting emotional, he shouldn't be an umpire.

i think that was like a warning shot by the ump. like that he would get him with a weapon in the parking lot. that audio of what was said would tell the entire story
