That wouldn't be possible, I am afraid. You are not eligible for a reload bonus upon depositing while having pending wagers and this is clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions.
You might have been told you would be eligible upon depositing but that doesn't exclude our other stipulations.

Not a scam just a bad customer service rep in the beginning giving you a generic response obviously not looking into your account. many books offer "can't lose' future props as well that makes you no qualify for bonuses. Always read the fine print. gL on your bets and hope you get your deposit back immediately.
