Well...like FTX was based in Bahamas so different set of jurisdiction rules...not sure where Grayscales corporate headquarters is.

So COINBASE jumps in and says they've got Grayscales back 30 minutes ago

I think all these crypto guys are trying to siphon off as much personally as they can before it all implodes.

It's just a smoke & mirrors game at this point. Shuffling ledger balances back and forth to buy time.
