start distal and work proximal. lots of finger yoga, putty ect. while placing your arm in different positions on surfaces.
also plenty of active assisted range of motion to keep the joints moving, using your other arm in free space and table slides.

invest in an arm pulley. look into contralateral mirror therapy

None. Arm just dead weight constant pain. If i had a nice bankroll id feel better cause ive come to grips with this life im not responsible for that. Nope. But no roll sucks

I didn't think of this one when I used the emoji and meant no bad intention for him. I often use that to represent strength/motivation. But I see what you mean.

He still has another arm to do the same in the emoji and I hope he sees it that way not the other way around.

Anyway, we all want what's best for Kingkolzig and that's the most important rn.
