When grilling Brats I like to use a pre grill bath of dark beer and coupla inches butter
Garlic cloves crushed
Coupla shallots
Pepper corns
Bay leaf
All Spice Whole
then right before service…
Outta the bath and on the hot grill for producing that proper “Snap”
