Basically a backup now who starts against lefties.

Could really rake back in the day. Still has his moments.

Yankees are basically just running back their team from last year - hoping to have a healthy Cole join in the SP mix not too long after the season begins.

as a yankees fan, i don't understand cashman saying they are a WS team when nothing was done. sure cole is nice to have back but timely hitting and hitting with efficiency are still an issue once again.

Cashman has been there 40 years now. Since he was 18 or 19 years old.

Hard to believe he’s kept his job that long.
