I made a withdraw from GOALWIN on 04/09/2013.

But today,I still don't receive the money,only receive the same replys:We understand that your patience is starting to run out. And we really understand that you are disappointed with the service that Goalwin are providing to you right now.
However we can assure you that we are doing our best to process your withdrawal as soon as possible. We have sent another reminder to our Payment department today, telling them to release your withdrawal asap!

We are very sorry that you have been affected so badly.

Once again we want to apologize for this delay.

What can I do to get my money back?

Did you submit a complaint to the LGA?

Other than that, stop betting with them and keep pestering them asking for your money.

That's the only thing you can do to (hope to) get your money back.

Yes,I submited a complaint to LGA on 25/09/2013,and LGA reply me 20 minutes agoear Mr. Chang,I am writing to acknowledge receipt of your e-mail dated 25th September 2013; we do apologize for the delay in responding.I have made contact with the Representative of GoalGaming Ltd. (Goalwin.com) on your behalf about the matter you raised.We have requested specific information with regards to the matter you refer to.As soon as this information becomes available to the Authority you will be notified accordingly.Should you receive the payment you refer to in the mean time kindly inform on complaints@lga.org.mt.Any future mail should be addressed to complaints@lga.org.mt.

Is it possible to do something that stop GOALWIN continues to receive palyers' deposit without payout?Make them closed?

There is a big industry conference next week in Barcelona called European iGaming Congress & Expo (EiG) that I'm attending.

I will try to speak with the LGA representatives and if possible even with the CEO, but I don't expect much help from them as they always find excuses for the bookmakers who pay their salaries.

What you can do is make a police report in your country and find out if the
European Consumer Centres Network has an office where you live and again make a report.

If enough players took these steps and stopped betting with all Maltese bookmakers, the EC and the industry would take notice and close the likes of Goalwin.
