I usually try and get to sleep around 11:30 pm or before midnight at the latest

It’s pretty amazing how different your senses are when everything is so quiet. Compared to later on, when everything gets so noisy

Ah, that's why. I usually slept at 7 - 8PM. I eat dinner before 6PM haha.

I just feel sorry for those who suffer from insomnia. It's not by choice that they want to stay up late...

20+ years, I know it is bad for me but I am ok with it. I know tons of people that take one too. Of course healthier without it.
