Try not to get too high or low from streaks.
Easier said than done but working on controlling that will help eliminate poor decisions when the going gets tough which it does for everyone at times. Measure twice, cut once.

Leviticus 16:8
God has Aaron gamble (the casting of lots was manmade and at best like a coin flip) as part of the process for the Goat of Atonement.

Not because He's saying gambling is okay.
But
No where in the bible does it say gambling is a sin.

Without getting into a theological discussion, the why (desire) we do the things we do, matters much more to the Hebrew God, than the actual things we do.

In verse 2 is the point for the rest, we cannot go behind the curtain whenever we desire.
Aaron's two sons did this, and God killed them. Then, God set up the system for Aaron (High Preist) to go behind the curtain. It is about seeing desires.

The WHY you gamble is much more important to God, than any submissive moralism.
