WTF???? I can't believe the state argued this as their stance for 1st degree murder..

Prosecutors said that Rudolph was the aggressor, bringing a gun to a fistfight.

... Bringing a gun to a fistfight. As a juror I would have said, kudos to the guy for being prepared. How the hell did he know the 4 guys coming for him didn't have a gun? He didn't so he had to be prepared.

Prosecutor should be fired for such a stupid arguement.

Each situation is unique, and we should refrain from making sweeping statements that may not hold in all cases. In my experience before, they are women who are a real victim of abuse, but they are also other women who will try to abuse the law intended to protect them.

They know many ppl are innocent but they don't care and want to pin something on a person to make themselves look better because they have no clue who the real offender is
