I don’t blame them for the loud music part

In Florida we have a 25ft law

Basically meals other pol don’t want to hear your music so you better not be driving around blasting it

So the law reads if someone can hear it more than 25' away its a ticket?

Been very lucky over the years with neighbors. Some minor nuisances and a few weird ones.

I will
No longer live where I have a neighbor too close to me or the possibility I may have that. If it ain’t an acre plus lot - I’m not moving there.

Bonus points for a cul-de-sac or and lot - one less neighbor to worry about.

Doesn’t matter if you’re living in the hood or highest end neighborhood in my experience. All it takes is one nut case or their kid/relative moving in to make your life hell.

Very true. We have a nosey neighbor across the street but he's an idiot so nobody listens to him.

There are some strange ones. One guy thought he owned the whole block. Literally.

My parents had a problem with an asshole who rented a shack behind their beach home. My dad went to a few "connected" contacts and a week later the guy moved out.

I play 80’s classic music when I’m doing outside chores like washing cars or yard work. Don’t play it too loud but you can definitely hear it from 25 ft away. It’s easy listening no one minds.
