TLDR: Nitrobetting will zero out your balance, make you do KYC, and still withhold your money (3 months + and counting). Seriously take your money out now. At this point it's unclear if I'll ever get my funds, so I'm sharing my story so you guys can have the opportunity to cash out ASAP.

Background: I was part of the old nitrogensports site. There was a migration to nitrobetting.eu. At the time, I had to basically KYC and get my balance restored. They gave me issues for it, but ultimately honored my balance. I was mostly doing onshore sports betting then, so I never touched my balance on nitrogen.eu. Didn't think much of it to leave it on the site then.

Email #1 & 2: I notice my balance was zeroed out, so I reached out. Didn't realize they have this stupid rule of taking your money when your account is dormant. Literally no other bookie does this. What a sneaky way to scam people. Balance was zeroed out on 12/16/24

Email #3: I reach out and they make me do KYC. Hesitant, but whatever I'll do it. Also asked me a series of 10+ questions about my account. These were the same questions they asked when I had to re verify my account from nitrogensports.

Email #4:KYC Completed 3/4/25, but I was told my account has to undergo a "brief, standard review." That was in MARCH!!!!

Email #5:: Calling them out for stalling me. Dude no one believes you when you say 3 months + is a standard review. What a joke.

Email #6 - more stalling: Guy thinks hes believable just stalling the shit out of me. How can a brief standard review take 3mo+ and still not be done? They're literally just hoping I give up

Email #7: Here we are, just sharing my story so you guys don't have to run into it. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take your money out now.

I used them when they were on the previous platform with the odds platform that they and BetAnySports both had (don't recall the name at BAS...but the odds platform they removed when they trimmed their offerings down to 1 set of odds). They played a few games with a few people on here (I had a couple as well) where they basically freerolled players voiding bets days later. I also had my account limited to where every bet was referred to trader for insanely low limits (at that time, not even 1mBTC). So, they basically pushed me out before changing platforms. Once I saw the new platform (just a clone of BetOnline odds and a few others sprinkled in), and the new requirement of KYC (always was a big plus with them, remaining anonymous), zero reason IMO to play there.

Sorry to see you are going through this. GL...hopefully you can get all or a good part of your funds out of there and move on. As soon as they started taking freerolls, my trust with them went to about zero. I left a few mBTC in there to try and pick off some great lines, but then the refer to trader on everything started and that was it.

My guess is they got crushed with no KYC by some sharps and took an absolute beating. I don't know what they tried to use to stop multi accounting, but likely it didn't work and now they are just pulling this crap.

Without logging in, looks like the same clone shell they have been using. No reason to login when they are not paying. I gave up on them more than a year ago. Getting freerolled is hard to get out of my mind.

Not sure responding is a willingness to pay. Sounds like more of a stall until some fresh funds come in to pay the old ones...sounds like a Bernie Madoff disciple running the joint now.

If they start paying, maybe worth a small shot again, small being the key word. They went back to a better odds platform (IMO) but if payments are an issue, doesn't mean much. They paid one person on another thread after 2 months. Not good enough for me yet.
