At the end of September I opened account. Made a deposit of $300. I made 4 bets on sports during this time (2 won,1 lost).
During this time, my account was verified.
By the end of October, the account had $718. I made a request for $100 withdraw.
The request was rejected. They asked me for a selfie with a document in my hands.
I took a selfie. Sent. After 10 days I received a response that my account was fully verified.
During this time I won 1 bet. The balance was $968. I made a withdrawal request in the amount of $100.
After 2 days, I logged into my account and found that the balance was 0. The transaction history contained the mark Confiscated Funds $968
Contacted everygame.eu for reasons of the confiscation. The answer was that my account did not pass their internal security checks.
I asked for clarification of what exactly this means. I noticed that they sent me an email 2 days ago informing me that my account was fully verified. What has changed in a couple of days? I did not receive an answer.

In general, who here on the forum has experience can share advice? Is there any way I can protect my rights other than sending emails to everygame.eu (which I think is useless)? Are there any third-party regulatory organizations that I could complain to?

I just know it took darn near two months to get two payouts from them when most books these days pay out from 5 minutes to 24 hours max.

Horrible book

Best part of this...if you end up getting someone to review it and get your funds...less than their $2500 cap. Get all of it out and walk away. If not, I guess you got off cheap. Sorry you trusted the ratings on this site. They clearly are outdated, although their withdrawal rules haven't changed so not sure how they ever were 9.5.

We've asked a manager to review this situation and will keep you posted.
Did you get a response from the manager? Because at first I was promised to respond within 72 hours. But a week passed, no one responded. I found that I can not access my account. My emails are ignored.
If you have a dialogue with the manager. Can you find out who issued them a license in Canada so that I can file an official complaint?

There are a few others right up there. We disagree on MB/Xbet (seems more agree on the negative with them, but skip that)....look at the list of the 2nd tier. Books like Nitro and Jazz are still 8.8? Nitro voids bets 3 days later, Jazz has post after post of payout issues.

Biggest issue here is ratings are so outdated they are basically useless. Tough spot for someone new to sports betting. Come here for advice and clearly can be steered the wrong way. The honestly could chop 30-40% of those 8+ rated books.
