Best part is that it was very accurate, historically speaking

Butler did a phenomenal job moving on stage like the King!!

Parkers story is compelling- there was no template for agent relations in the Hollywood/ Rock genre, he was the 1st and get did make Elvis #1 paid artist, actor and live draw.

Amazing actually to be the biggest draw in America for 3 decades...

So what's your thoughts?

Was he run into the ground?

Was it the pills and whatever else he was taking?

Or was he taking all of that stuff from being run into the ground?
I think Priscilla leaving him hurt

I think he felt A LOT of pressure to stay relevant w the change in music, from the Brits to disco, he was the hardest working dude in music.... a lot of miles on those tires so to speak.

The pills had a massive effect I'm sure, but honestly, exhaustion & a broken heart is my guess

He was hopelessly addicted to prescription pills nothing to do with family or constant pressure plain and simple he was a junkie. He had a doctor that prescribed. If you’ve ever had a surgery and had to take Percocets you know it constipated you get.
He died on the shitter of high blood pressure trying to push out a stool.

We are going to see movie Tuesday matinee. Was never a big fan of. I was into the evolution off Rock N roll Beatles Stones Floyd ….rock ‘n’ roll baby

Minny I thought of this time that he was just a little bit older when he passed I didn't realize he was only 42
Hoping to see it this week. My Mom being a huge fan of him and oldies it was on all the time growing up. My dad was into the oldies but the British stuff as well. As a kid, I always thought there were 2 different Elvis's a fat old Elvis and a young skinny one. 42 is nuts for all he did

I can remember all of the tabloids in the check-out isle that he was still alive. Went to Graceland back in 2010 on a road trip. Imagine it will be a huge draw this year.
