They do say they take past behavior into account but it seems like if you have enough past behavior, and shit like this becomes part of your character or popular persona, then you start getting a pass.

Almost like, "well, that's Draymond, so let's just give a low level suspension. Draymond gonna Draymond" etc, etc.

Younger players with as many offenses would probably be forced into some counseling or something.
