I've heard of this "trend" regarding week 0 and week 1 that states, double digit dogs cover at a high rate.

> So far in 2025 they are 5-2-1 (71%)
> In 2024: 18-10 in Wk 0 and Wk 1 (64%)
Too lazy to dig back further. Interesting trend though.

I've also read that huge favorites >=37 pt spreads typically cover more than not so maybe limit any plays on those huge Favs.
