Does Pinnacle Still Take 1% to 3% on Crypto deposits/withdrawals?

In recent years, Pinnacle has had a reputation for ripping off clients on bitcoin deposits and withdrawals. Has anyone done recent deposits/withdrawals with them? If yes, could you please report on the haircut you're taking?
