I get at least 10x a day request blocked

It's been buggy for a week for me now although past few days have been fine.

The code I see starts with a 5... Like 503 or 513 or some 3 digit number like that.
It only happens occassionally.

I was on the phone with tech-support and they said most of the time clearing everything from the browser flushes it. It worked this time.

It's been happening for a while now.

Tech support should be well aware of it by now.
