Guy wasn't prosectuted. Sure he did some crazy stuff with the lady but the DA must have thought it was not something to press charges for so why is he still being held out of the game.

I realize professional teams and organizations like MLB/NFL/etc... don't have to abide by the innocent until proven guilty but this is getting kind of ridiculous. The guy should be pitching.
