Do you think totals or spreads move more college football?

I never really messed around with totals but I think a lot of sharps use them for because they move more off openers

CFB 2017 through 2023 average point moves in lines:

• Spread 1.25 pts (1-1.5 pts)
• Total 1.84 pts (~2 pts)

~4800 games in the database.
