Ketchup and peanut butter both go in the fridge after being used. Honestly always thought they wouldn't keep otherwise.

Peanut butter does not need to be refrigerated. It has oils that are added that stabilize it to keep the oil from separating out and to extend its shelf life

I like the natural peanut butter that doesn't have oil. Keeping it in the fridge after stirring helps keep it from separating
