I always put in the bet before posting the picks. That shows committment to the pick and you don't end up changing your mind for some strange reason before betting.

Sometimes the bets and posted picks are in bunches 3-4 at a time and sometimes 1 at a time depending upon if the game is about to start and or the line just moved favorably.
