When I've been on a bad streak and have veered off course with my game, I schedule a session with KVB to re-educate myself on betting basics and strategy. It helps you get back to understanding what's important.

I keep a record of every bet with the associated line/teams/amount. That way I can go back an analyze.

Same here, betting totals has always been a struggle for me & my least favorite kind of bet for over two decades. It’s usually a bet I avoid. Prime time games went under at an alarming rate this season in the NFL & since this is not a bet I consider very often. I missed out on a lot of money banging those unders.

Prime time unders and divisional unders were absolutely cash money this season in NFL. Not saying I bet them every time but if people did they made money more often than not.
