Do we today have any real closers in the MLB

A 2 RUN ADV, mean nothing in today baseball it seems, can we take the word closers out of today baseball or do we still have guys that can shut down a team in the late innings with a adv??

some of them dont sleep quite enough. they need anoterh hour. ray lewis used to talk all the time about how he slept 10 hours every night. and said it was key
