WattyK has been spamming the BMR email system with similar stuff.

Doesn't make much sense or explain themself. Just loads of forwarded and re-forwarded messages over and again. Just trying to annoy anyone they think will listen at this stage.


They made their bed by threatening legal action and all sorts of things to damage Sports Spread, so the bookmaker referred the issue to their lawyers to handle and refuse to speak to him or us about it now. Which is the correct and proper thing to do when someone "invokes legal remedy" against their business.

WattyK needs to spend 100 quid to actually get a lawyer to write them a letter of demand now. But does not listen to that advice and would prefer to continue on like here in this thread instead.

lets get this right BMR.Sports Spread.com are a company that desperately need sorting out. I can give you lots of names and information about people they owe money to. I have not sent a lawyers letter because you know and I know it will not do any good.I do not know what you mean by spamming. I am trying to stop this disgusting practice. For 18 years they have been pretending to have fantastic offers. It is rubbish. If anyone wins with them they find a minor way of stating their rules have not been adhered to and find a way not to pay . They are just using Irish Law where winnings cannot be recovered to continue their ways . Surely you must realise this . Have a look online there are dozens of people owed money .

My post was about YOUR antics. Absolutely nothing to do with SportsSpread's activiites.


And as I said above. YOU need to stop fuming at BMR, Ireland, Ascot and whoever else you have been treating this way and take some responsibility. Pay a lawyer the SMALL fee that is needed to find their legal address and send a letter of demand for you.

You do yourself no favours with your present activities.

Sir how would you approach this . your idea of a lawyer getting their address is nonsensical. I am absolutely fuming over the way this firm act. They owe me £5500. as you know they owe lots of other people. How do you believe I should accept some responsibility? I fully recognise and have told plenty of people I have been an idiot for putting money with them and I accept I sometimes get carried away with the e mails I send. I am trying to get some authority to look at Irish law and how people cannot guarantee being paid as it stands. You have promised people you will try to help. (see the sports spread thread }. BMR appear to have done absolutely nothing.. I would also ask what connection Ascot have.

Sir. I agree that I do sometimes get carried away. I am doing anything and every thing I can think of to get this rancid company closed down .If I have offended you or anyone not connected to Sports Spread I apologise.
You say you are following up requests to sports spread. Have you got a name or current address. . Have you ever spoken to anyone. ? Are you aware of the extent of this scam. It has been going on for 18 years . In the last week I have received e mails from 3 people who are owed money. I have had telephone calls with the MDs at Star Spreads (Dublin ) and Bet Victor.They both know of the scam and are trying to get an uptodate address. I have contacted the police,garda,gambling commission, my mp, 4 Euro MPs,Inland Revenue,Dublin business corporations and I have spoken directly to 3 Dublin Solicitors one of whom has already been in court with them with Simon Morehen. I have also had a call from a Mr Murray who tells me he has some incredibly incriminating evidence about their activities. he is going to ring again but wants to check out his information with his source first . I have just about given up on my money. However I do not want others to suffer from this firm,s activities.
I have spent hours and days investigating this company. For you to say I should take some responsibility is incredibly hurtful . I feel you are making comments which are incredibly naïve and said without knowing the facts. I would like to know the reaction from all the others who have been duped.

Just to add the purpose of this thread is to advise everyone that if you win with an Irish bookie ,by law they do not have to pay you and there is not a darn thing you can do about it. And check out the internet there are loads of examples of companies using the Irish Gaming Act to not pay. Maybe BMR should look into this. !!

That's all good stuff. I do not understand why almost none of this is mentioned in your last 24 emails to BMR though. I hope you did a better job explaining your situation to them.
