Curious - any sportsbooks/casinos ever do any unique promos anymore ?

Miss the days when books/host went out of the way to think up something different - reward their best players with something different or unique to keep your business.

I remember Heritage did a few - deposit like a grand and sent you a signed Pete Rose ball one year - still got a couple of their “last game at Yankee Stadium” t-shirts (these were damn heavy t’s) and hats lying around.

BeOnline would send booze every year at Xmas/New Years - gave you choice of tequila or Dom P - I had that damn gift box of Dom lying around so long - left it at the last house for the new owners when we moved.

Of late - it’s just cash/free play - yes, it’s easy to compare - but inspires no loyalty.

Local casino gave me NFl tickets a few times this year - gave them away every time. Shitty games/weather - 2 were “premium club” and one was in the corporate suite.

DraftKings has done a few “Giftly” promos - first one I just missed a premium level because of a push on the last game so came up $300 short of a bump of like $500 in gift. Last one was shitty selection. My “host” there is worthless - still get some automated offers worth using - but never heard back from the host.

Places need to get inventive to survive in this market. The fight for bettor funds is tight - and aside from paying timely and offering competitive lines and pricing - promos go a long way to bringing new faces in and keeping them active.

BOL sends gifts
I heard they did this Christmas - not active there presently.

They do have some decent promotions - just nothing like the good old days

The most consistent promos are Bovada , Betus and Betonline

Active now at BetUS - not a bad place so far - as mentioned will deposit with BOL soon - seems to have some decent offers and definitely worth using come baseball.

Bovada I am hearing is shutting down the offers to new players - and phasing out on existing - at least to those they don’t feel contribute to the bottom line.

Unfortunately not. I don't remember the last time I got any physical mail from a sportsbook

Offshore - I get a mailer beginning of football season from BetUS still I think with schedule - straight to the trash.

Land based - Penn/MGM at least once a week - offering something. Caesars sends a fair amount too -

Penn offered me 3 nights at a local casino/sportsbook location - $300 dining credit - $100 PennCash and $500 airfare reimbursement for Conference Chamion weekend

or

3 nights at the M
$200 slot play
$800 airfare reimbursement

to come to Vegas for the SB

Considering I have never stepped foot in their casino/sportsbook - not a bad deal. Just have no desire to go to Vegas.
