Neighbors always put on a show. They spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars on fireworks every July 4th. Its always a great show for the neighborhood.

Your out West is why. I used to love getting the illegal mortars out in Dania Florida. They have the best fireworks. You had to sign a paper that they weren't responsible if you get arrested or for illegal fireworks. There's always a loop hole.
