I can currently only warn against the deposit by bank transfer on BetinAsia (BIA). Have on 15.05.2023 first time money transferred by bank transfer to a DE bank address. The next day, the money was then booked back to my bank account just like that with the reason Incorrect IBAN.
Then I saw that the IBAN had suddenly changed to BIA to a GB address.
Have then since 22.05.2023 (in the morning) sent money to this new address by bank. Everything checked for accuracy + the correct reference number. But waiting since today (01.06.2023) for the arrival of money. Bank address has not changed there by the way.
It's funny when you read such comments on the website:
"Bank transfers are the most reliable option, especially for large transactions. Whether it's a deposit or a withdrawal, there is no transaction fee for bank transfers."
"A withdrawal can take between one to three working days. All major currencies are supported via bank transfers."
Would be great if they would point out that it will take at least 2 weeks if the money will arrive at all.
By the way, a user from another forum (don't know if I'm allowed to mention the name of the forum here/ forum for matched betting) experienced a similar incident. He waits even longer than me, because he transferred even earlier.
Have of course contacted the service. But it came always only so standard answers that it takes about 2-5 business days. You can not do anything, because every bank procedure is different.
