After a month of torture verifying my documents, they finally did my withdrawal. They keep saying they sent it to a btc address that's unknown to me. I only have one btc address that I use and provided them when doing my first and only withdrawal on 02/05/24. Other five times after that, they automatically made the withdrawal on my account. Now they say they paid out and I provided them with this unknown address. And they won't give me my funds for $18,302.94.
Btc address they say they sent to is
13WPio31kAUnkhpxLfq9Wm5qMNPsuDrUmn. This btc address looks suspiciou to me. has 326k going in and out. anyone know what kind of address this is?

My one and only btc address is something else. The only address I provided them when making my withdrawal. Ive never received my funds from them.

I am sick and tired of some of these sportsbetting sites. This dafbet site really feel like they are scamming me. Any thoughts or advise is gratly appreciated. Thank you.

Unfortunately, I am not the one who can help you but I can confirm that I had an unpleasant experience with them recently. I can share it with you so it may help you on what sportsbook you are dealing with:

- I deposited a few hundred dollars via BTC.
- Then I received a mail from them saying that the deposited amount was not equal to the one I set prior to deposit (what? They could just credit less). They asked to provide them with a BTC address for the refund.
- I tried to contact them but without success. Mails were not delivered for some reason and live support was a nightmare - they were redirecting me to other agents like ping pong. I am not sure whether they were real persons or bots.
- I attempted after a few months to contact them again via mail and surprsingly they responded and refunded the amount.

Luckily, my case solved.
Apparently, it was not that important as yours.

As I know, it used to be an Asian Giant the old days but not anymore.
They eliminate hundreds of accounts every day who chase the bonuses.

You may fill a BMR complaint?
Somebody with experience may tell you whether there are chances to get solved with this complaint.

Ty for this msg. Ive experience the same. I musta wrote hundreds of emails now to their support because they keep sending the same generic or copy and paste emails back without trying to resolve my case. Also experienced the pinp pong method they use to not help at all...they kept transferring me to English support and korean support back and forth for hours. Also have many emails ensupport@dafabet.com telling me to speak to krsupport@dafabet.com and back and forth. This is by far the worst experience I've had with a bookie.

Yes I did file a complaint with bmr but no replies yet. @BMR Genie @BMR Ivy pls help

This sportsbook is such a trap.
A research would give you a false impression of a solid sportsbook but as it is proven it is scamming its players.

I know it hurts a lot. I deeply wish it gets resolved.

Two days ago, they said their security team will investigate this matter. Now they are going back to saying the paid out. This is not not btc address and I've never provided this address. Attached you can see my btc address saved in my history in their cashier. I only have one btc address.

It is unbelievable that this is their way of scamming. By sending to a phony btc address...

also like to add that they keep sending me emails saying they need the correct username and dob when ive sent correct info for these.

they also at times send me emails to a totally random name...my name is Jun...not mannaru and kishore...these guys are fking with me and playing games like this. total scammers

these guys are doing this on purpose and scamming innocent people on a totally different level. how is it even possible they sent my funds to a wrong btc address?! makes no sense. I only have one btc address and ive tripled checked when doing a big withdrawal for over 18k ofc
